This tutorial was written using PSP9
but may be done with other versions,
and assumes you have a good working knowledge of PSP and its tools.

Supplies needed: ==> HERE

Plugins:
Alien Skin Xenofex2 - Burnt Edges
I.C.NET Software - Filters Unlimited 2.0
AV Bros Page Curl 2

You can find some Plugins ==> HERE

Some Parchments ==> HERE

Settings

Make Foreground to #ede5d0
and Background to Null

Extract and open ch-paper4parchment.png on PSP

Extract and put my AVBros Presets to Plugins/AvBros PageCurl folder
or other of your choice

Remember to save often.

Let's begin!!

1 - Open ch-paper4parchment.png

Click to Rectangle Selection Tool on your left
Then to Personalized Selection

setting as this:

click Ok

Edit - Copy
Edit - Past as New Image

This will be the basis of your work!

2 - Image - Canvas Size
and change to 500x730 px

Adjust - Hue and Saturation - Colorize
as this:

Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Xenofex2 - Burnt Edges
settings as:

What do you say, to age it a bit??

3 - Effects - Plugins
I.C.NET Software - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Photo Aging Kit - Hairs & Dust
with default settings.
click Apply

Your image should look like this

then click again to
Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Photo Aging Kit
but this time click to Old Color, with default settings
click Apply

Now we are going to curl a corner of our parchment?

4 - Effetti - Plugins - AV Bros Page Curl 2
Click to Main - Load Settings (Relative)

Go to the folder you saved my Presets
and choose the ch-paperol5.avcps
or nr 4th, if you prefer to curl a lower corner
Click Apply

Here it is! Your parchment is ready!

Now you can embellish it with your tubes and your text

When you are satisfied on it
add your watermark

Layer - Merge - Merge Visible
and save as .png

Done!
